Paintings from the Cave
The timestamp of these paintings is 2022, the mark of the pandemic that paralyzed the world. The October 7th massacre shocked the world just months after these works were brought to life. There are periods when human existence is reduced to trauma, where past and future are fused, and the darkness of the cave is both the terror and the salvation. I painted these on an iPad using the 'Storm Bay' brush, which mimics watercolor and allows for a free expression of subconscious flickers, unburdened by the constraints of physical material.

חותם הזמן של ציורים אלו הוא שנת 2022, סימנה של הפנדמיה ששיתקה את העולם. טבח השבעה באוקטובר זעזע את העולם חודשים ספורים בלבד לאחר שהיצירות הללו נוצרו. ישנן תקופות שבהן הקיום האנושי מצטמצם לכדי טראומה, שבהן עבר ועתיד מתמזגים, וחשכת המערה היא בעת ובעונה אחת האימה והגאולה. ציירתי אותם על אייפד באמצעות מברשת ה-'Storm Bay', המחקה צבעי מים ומאפשרת ביטוי חופשי של רסיסי תת-מודע, ללא מגבלות החומר הפיזי.
